Community Mobilizer

Part Time: Remote, (6-20 hours per month)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individuals to serve as an active volunteer to serve in support of the organization's mission. The individual will work closely with our team so support the implementation of our event as well as mobilizing the community.
Looking for board member who is

• Are passionate working with refugees and immigrants
• willing to work on voluntary basis
• Enjoy outreach, relationship management, development, fundraising and communication
• Have strength or interest in event planning and execution, social media, influencer and foundation outreach and corporate partnership
• Able to take the lead of supporting the organization
• able to accept tasks that will be assigned to them
• work as a community mobilizer to raise awareness to the wider community

Requirements

  • Able to work on voluntary basis with no supervision

  • Able to attend to the event organize by the orgniaztion

  • Promote the organization mission

  • Complete organization survey

  • Organized small fundraising in the community in behalf of the organization

  • Able to support refugees and immigrant in need of english lesson, bus orientation, and

  •  Mobilized the community to attend the organization event

Work location: Remote, we are currently operating remotely, we will encourage board members to attend in person to our events.
