Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. many immigrants and refugees are given 1-2 hours cultural orientation when they come or prior to come  to the US, this make them unaware of many cultural adjustment which in turn effect them in all level of life include family relationship, employment and social life in the US.
